“More or less, we want to serve as a system of checks and balances for the companies.” -Corey Christman

A Special Agent in the Air Force

Corey spent most of his career as a special agent, and retired from the Air Force in 2012. Like most military veterans, he had the opportunity to travel around.

One good thing about the organization he belonged to was the ability to run a business. Thankfully, he got involved in 2 business upon his retirement. Among which is in the field of behavioral analytics.

Into Behavioral Analytics

Behavioral analytics can be applied in interviews. The military invested a lot of time and effort in training him for it. Eventually he was able to tie it with business strategies.

Now, their company uses analytics to help businesses hire the best people. They use scientific and validated approach. Doing so, they protect the businesses and help grow their respective culture.

Helping Businesses Find the Perfect Match

Here’s how Vethos helps business. First, they conduct a predictive assessment that allows business owners identify what they are getting. Among the things they measure are a person’s drive, dominance, extroversion, and formality.

Afterwards, they create a profile for a given role. When an applicant starts applying, they measure the individual role against the role of the position they’re applying for. That’s how they determine the right fit.
